Tang-Band W4-2315 – High-End 4.5″ Coaxial Loudspeaker Driver
The Tang Band W4-2315 expands on the success of the acclaimed W6-2313 and W8-2314, delivering high-end coaxial performance in a compact 4.5-inch format. Designed as a true point-source driver, it seamlessly integrates a 20 mm tweeter with a 4.5” woofer to offer natural sound reproduction, precise spatial imaging, and ultra-low distortion.
Key Features & Engineering Highlights:
- 20 mm Al/Mg Dome Tweeter with Back Chamber: Built with an Aluminum/Magnesium alloy membrane and a dedicated rear coupling chamber, allowing it to perform effortlessly from 1.6 kHz all the way up to 40 kHz with low resonance.
- Bamboo Fiber & Damped Surround: The woofer features a high-rigidity bamboo fiber paper cone paired with a durable, specially damped rubber surround for exceptionally natural, uncolored midrange and precise transients.
- Underhung Neodymium Motor: The advanced underhung voice coil architecture inside a powerful neodymium magnet system significantly reduces 2nd and 3rd harmonic distortion (THD) for maximum transparency and clarity.
Applications & Crossover Design:
Ideal for high-end compact bookshelf speakers, desktop monitors, or high-performance multi-channel audio systems.
Whether used in high-end bookshelf speakers, desktop studio monitors, or demanding multi-channel systems, the W4-2315 delivers an immersive and precise listening experience.
