Your are a Swedish company. Why is your site in English
We have a lot of customers from other countries and English is easier to understand than Swedish for most people. On the other hand allmost all Swedish people understand English. Besides that, most product descriptions are originally in English and translating these will just higher the product price.
Do you sent a tracking-ID
Within Sweden we sent most of the packages with DHL to your next DHL station. Delivery times are usually one day and this quite often is faster than updating the tracking-ID. You are always welcome to ask for the tracking-ID. For deliverys with UPS you automatically get a tracking-ID.
How long are delivery times?
Within Sweden usually 1-2 working days. To remote areas a little bit longer. Within the North (Norden) usally 2-3 days, to remote areas eventually much longer. Central Europe ca. 3 days and rest of Europe 3-5 days. The rest of the world takes longer.
Where should I pay?
Even if you chose to pay with another method, you can always Swish to 123 199 8400 or use bankgiro BG 825-0649.
Do you have a physical shop?
We have a showroom at Timmervägen 1 b in Höör 243 41 Höör. If you want to have a look at our and/or monolit-speakers products, just make an appointment and come by.
