Description

At the beginning of the development, the question arose, whether it is possible to develop a shelf box, which offers a voluminous sound even without a subwoofer and can reproduce the lowest frequencies.

The PACTO was created, a shelf box, built as a so-called F.A.S.T. system (fullrange and subwoofer technology) in an insignificant bass reflex housing. The W 130 X – 2 x 4 Ohm allows an extremely low cut-off frequency of 42 Hz and is supported in the mid-high range of the FR 58 – 8 Ohm. The two drivers are separated at 250 Hz by a simple serial crossover with only three components. This means that only one speaker is responsible for the very important human voice range, which makes the sound picture extremely precise.

The two-layer baffle can be colored differently from the rest of the housing, thus allowing more design freedom when building the cabinets.

Thanks to the bass reflex opening on the front, the relatively small box can be stored discreetly in a bookshelf, filling your living room with a rich and full-bodied sound. As a result, the PACTO is our first compact shelf box, which we can warmly recommend without a subwoofer to anyone .
